Refund Policy
Updated October 7, 2026.
Failed generations
A generation reserves 1 video credit. If the provider definitively rejects the request or confirms that generation failed, that credit is returned automatically once. Temporary status failures or delayed submissions remain saved for checking until a failure or timeout is confirmed.
During a status check, a submission with no provider request ID is marked as failed if more than 15 minutes have passed since it was created. Any unfinished task is marked as failed after more than 3 hours from creation, unless its result is currently being saved. The reserved credit is then returned automatically once. These timeouts are applied when the task or your video history is checked, rather than by a timer running in the background.
Completed videos
A completed generation uses 1 video credit. Making another version uses another credit. AI artifacts and likeness variation are described before purchase. If you experience a serious output or delivery problem, contact support with the task ID so it can be reviewed.
Payment refund requests
For duplicate charges, unused purchases or other payment problems, contact our support team from the email used to purchase. Provide the Stripe checkout reference and relevant task ID. Payment refunds are reviewed individually; the service does not promise an automatic money-back guarantee. Any rights required by applicable consumer law continue to apply.
Credit returns and money refunds
Returning a video credit restores your account balance. It does not automatically refund the card payment. If an approved payment refund affects an unused video pack, the associated unused credits are removed by the operator.
